個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介

博士畢業(yè)于東南大學(xué),隨后于美國(guó)奧古斯塔大學(xué)、凱斯西儲(chǔ)大學(xué)作博士后研究。20222月入職東南大學(xué)生命科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)院,擔(dān)任教授。獲教育部引才專(zhuān)項(xiàng)、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上、江蘇特聘教授特別資助、南京市留學(xué)人員科技創(chuàng)新等項(xiàng)目支持。


 

研究方向

神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)是動(dòng)物體內(nèi)最重要的系統(tǒng)之一,負(fù)責(zé)調(diào)控學(xué)習(xí)、記憶、運(yùn)動(dòng)、情感和思維等多種高級(jí)功能。其工作原理是通過(guò)神經(jīng)元之間的突觸連接,形成完整的網(wǎng)絡(luò)以實(shí)現(xiàn)信息的接收、加工和傳遞。人類(lèi)大腦約包含1000億個(gè)神經(jīng)元,每個(gè)神經(jīng)元上分布著數(shù)千到數(shù)萬(wàn)個(gè)突觸,整個(gè)大腦的突觸總數(shù)達(dá)到數(shù)萬(wàn)億。這些突觸在神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的信息處理過(guò)程中發(fā)揮著核心作用,幾乎所有的大腦功能異常都與突觸功能的改變密切相關(guān)。

本課題組主要集中于突觸形成和神經(jīng)退行性疾病的發(fā)病機(jī)制研究。我們利用小鼠等模式生物,結(jié)合細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)和電生理等技術(shù),系統(tǒng)地揭示突觸形成和成熟的調(diào)控機(jī)制,以及運(yùn)動(dòng)神經(jīng)元退行性疾病的發(fā)病機(jī)制及其潛在治療策略。
